Purpose of Organization: To provide emergency medical response for basic life support - pre ambulance arrival - to the people of Dallas County.
Volunteer Areas Needed: Must be willing and able to complete - or already have completed - a medical first responder (or higher) course before responding to calls.

Purpose of Organization: To provide immediate need assistance to Dallas County residents that have been affected by disasters (fire, flood, tornado, etc.) to rebuild their lives. Also to provide support and refreshments to emergency service personnel while on the scene of a disaster.

Purpose of Organization: We are a emergency intervention assistance ministry with food pantry and other resources to help the needy in our community.  Working with OACAC, Salvation Army,Minsiterial Alliance and Community.  We also handle Angel Food Orders.
Volunteer Areas Needed: Answer phone, help clients sent to us by OACAC.  Fill food boxes, clean and stock shelves for pantry.
Volunteer Requirements: To help fill food boxes for clients and take Angel Food Orders.

Purpose of Organization: We are a not-for-profit resale shop. We operate with donations and volunteers from the community. After expenses for the store are paid, all proceeds are used to remove employment or education barriers for low income Dallas County Residents. Examples include books, gas to school, gas to work until first pay check is received, steel toed boots, uniforms and or tools needed to begin a new job
Volunteer Areas Needed: Cashiers, Sorters, and Steamers.
Volunteer Requirements: Volunteer are asked to work one 2-4 hour shift per week. Duties are assigned based on each individual Volunteer's interest and abilities.
